Such a perfect spot for our family getaway! We loved staying at the Baldy View King Suite, where the view of the mountain from the giant picture window was stunning. The live band in the courtyard was lively, and we met great people while enjoying drinks with our dog.
My kids wished there were more food options for them at breakfast.

The real deal or a total steal?
Rooms are large and equipped with comfortable seating—perfect for unwinding after a long day! !
Breakfast venue was cramped, and the chairs were uncomfortable—finding a seat was a hassle.

The customer service was phenomenal, and walking distance to great food and bars made it very convenient. The room was spacious and comfortable, featuring a nice sitting area to relax after a day of activities.
The hotel felt a bit overpriced compared to others I've stayed at.

Room was spacious with a big table, two chairs, and a comfy seating area. Bathroom had free toiletries and a shower. Breakfast was decent with some healthy options. They had a fitness center and an outdoor swimming pool to relax in after hiking. Super convenient for nearby dining and shops.

During my stay for a work trip, I appreciated the large room, which had a nice seating area perfect for relaxing after a long day. The outdoor hot tub was a great way to unwind, especially after a chilly day in the area. It's super convenient since it’s close to various shops and dining options, making it easy to explore Ketchum. However, I was disappointed by the cleaning schedule. only getting service every three days seemed quite lacking for the price paid.

I thoroughly enjoyed the large lobby, beautifully decorated, which offered cozy seating and complimentary coffee. The common areas were easily accessible, making it comfortable for me to relax and socialize without any difficulties.
Better cleaning service for extended stays is needed.

Just an optimal selection for a brief stopover in Ketchum with value for price. The hot tub was a fantastic way to relax after a long day outdoors. Request a higher floor if light sleep is an issue.

The ski equipment storage garage offered a handy spot to stow away gear, making post-ski transitions smooth. The outdoor hot tub delivered a perfect way to recover after hitting the slopes, providing a cozy ambiance with scenic views. The proximity to the bus stop allowed easy access to ski areas without needing to drive, enhancing the overall convenience.
The lack of daily cleaning during my stay felt like a missed opportunity, especially considering the rates charged. I also encountered some hiccups, such as the breakfast area being a bit cramped and sometimes tough to find a seat—a nice addition of oatmeal could elevate it quite a bit. Lastly, while the King Room offered a balcony, the noticeable toilet flush sounds made it less serene than desired.

The hot tub was a fantastic way to unwind after a long day on the slopes. Skiing at Sun Valley was super easy with the bus stop right outside the hotel. I enjoyed the breathtaking views from our room, and the breakfast spread offered quality food that helped fuel our adventures. The rooms were sparkling clean and cozy, making it feel like a home away from home. However, the layout was a bit odd, as our room was in a separate building from the lobby and amenities. This created a hassle during cold weather, having to step outside to access facilities. Also, while the staff was very warm, a couple of maintenance issues cropped up, like the mattress starting to sag and the gym needing some care. But overall, it was a comfortable stay, and I wouldn’t hesitate to come back
